Deck: The Tamil Nadu government has authorised TNPDCL to fill 8,000 Field Assistant posts through direct recruitment in two phases during 2027 and 2028.
Chennai: The Tamil Nadu government has permitted Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (TNPDCL) to fill 8,000 Field Assistant posts through the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC).
Under Energy Department G.O. (Ms.) No. 126 dated 28 October 2026, 5,000 posts are to be filled in 2027 and 3,000 in 2028 through direct recruitment.
